Terms & Conditions 610 — Platform User Guide
Please read these Terms carefully before using platform 610. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all Terms stated below. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of platform 610, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use platform 610.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 610 ("Platform" or "We"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who are under 18 years of age are not permitted to register for or use this platform in any capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one (1) active account on platform 610. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 610 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.
- Do not share your login details with any other party.
- Notify the 610 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Passwords should be changed periodically to keep your account secure.
- 610 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time as a security and compliance measure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using platform 610, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- You may only use the platform for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must not attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems or software in any way.
- You must not use any automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- You must not distribute content that is misleading, defamatory, seditious, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users on the platform.
- Any attempt to defraud the payment system, bonuses, or promotions on platform 610 is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
610 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice where circumstances require.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on platform 610 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB, and FPX. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is valid.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits are processed within the timeframe set by your chosen payment method. 610 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
- Withdrawals are subject to the platform's verification process, including identity verification (KYC) for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
- 610 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if suspicious activity or a suspected breach of Terms is detected, until the investigation is concluded.
- Any transaction fees charged by a bank or third-party payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
- Completed transactions cannot be reversed except under circumstances agreed to by 610.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Platform 610 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 610 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including temporary technical failures, service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on platform 610 — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 610 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 610.
Third-Party Links
Platform 610 may reference third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. 610 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
610 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, payment fraud, attempting to exploit the bonus system, or engaging in illegal activities. Where an account is closed due to fraud, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 610 support team through the platform's official channels. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
610 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by the user and 610.
